DELIVERY

 

We provide delivery at a minimal charge/gas/tolls and that's it..  Prices online at our website are costs of products without shipping costs.  We believe there is no need to add any crazy delivery charges.  You can pick up your order at no coat or if you purchase we will provide a shipping charge upon completion of your work payable via a separate CUSTOM invoice, no more than $175 any size order in the entire Tri-State and normally less.  We may also set up delivery charges during the invoice stage if both buyer and seller agree to those arrangements.  All sales are final since every piece is custom made for each individual.

 

IF YOU CHOOSE TO PICK UP YOUR TABLE, I WILL PROVIDE IT TO YOU WRAPPED WITH LEGS SEPARATE AND NOT ATTACHED.  I WILL NOT LET A TABLE LEAVE WITH LEGS ON DUE TO THE WEIGHT AND POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE WHILE IN TRANSPORT UNLESS AGREED ON BY CUSTOMER AND MYSELF AHEAD OF PICK UP.

What Is Your Return/Repair Policy

 

All of our furniture is guaranteed for life to the original owner by the manufacturer! This warranty covers structural defect or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer. After careful inspection by our staff, we will elect to repair or replace furniture determined to have a manufacturing  defect.

 

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear or acts of God (such as floods, fire or tornado). Also, this warranty does not include fading, discoloration or cracking due to exposure to sunlight or weather. Failure to properly protect this product with its intended use will void this warranty. 

 

Please note that damage caused by pets is not covered under any circumstances.

 

Once a custom order is placed and payment is made there is a 100% no return policy on that custom built piece.  The incredible cost of time and materials for a custom order inhibits the ability to allow this.  

 

We will make confirm all details with you before having you place an order and pay so as to guarantee your complete satisfaction.  Once we are clear on your exact custom requirements we will accept your payment and begin work on your fantastic custom project.
